In fact tcldbgcf.h is created at compile time from tcldbgcf.h.in
but only if I pass the switch --with-tcl (at least in my case).
Sorry again for all this noise, I really have to apologise but it seems that
my problems are only due to the fact that I have CFLAGS set.

I don't have CFLAGS set, but I have also the same problem.
What else may be responsible for the error, Allesandro get?
