Well, n/m. I found the updated version of the kernel uname module,
however this is not enough. I'll just break up the build and do it by hand.
This is definitely not authoritative, but some packages that build
with processor specific compiler flags also have runtime detection to
turn them off. I wish I could say more about which packages or how you
can detect that, but that's all I've got.
