Thanks, I was becoming convinced something in the message was doing
this, but I hadn't realised mutt had suddenly recognised my own
postings. Yes, it's index_format, my old .muttrc didn't list as
many options as are shown in /etc/Muttrc, which shows a default
including %-15.15L and a note that L falls through to F if the name
doesn't match an address in 'lists'. Changing that part to n
restored the behaviour I was expecting.
