Hi. I have a lfs-6.2 with svn blfs. I've installed kde 3.5.5 with the instructions of 3.5.2. No problem. But the java plugin doesn't work. According to about:plugins, only this is detected:
Java Plug-in Java Plug-in KJAS for Konqueror kjavaappletviewer.so application/x-java-applet - Java Applet (class) application/x-java-bean - JavaBeans (jar) The link to the plugin is in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. The flash plugin is there too and detected, so konqueror knows where to look for. I've tried to install jre and jdk (binary versions) and recompile but with no result.
