Installing 3rd-party kernel modules (e.g the nVidia or ATI graphics
drivers) may cause problems, since the kernel you're running may not be
the only you'd be booting the chrooted environment with. Other than
that, nothing comes to mind, and the nVidia drivers at least can also be
told to use a specific kernel instead of the running one.
