I compiled kdelibs "--without-arts", I don't know about MCOP.

Maybe I should install aRts now, anyway. It's better than recompiling
kdelibs etc later. It's not a big deal, it's just that I would like to
avoid unnecessary bloat, and I would like to know that a package I
install is at least usefull for something. But KDE is a large beast...
