Well, yeah, "handicapped accessible," "equal protection," and all that
....

In my mind, the real issue is whether the graphical version relies on
standards beyond *.html*.  Does it demand a *java-script*-enabled
browser, or does it operate equally well in a
lowest-common-denominator environment?
