It would be certainly more logical to be in that location and a valuable asset. 
 I must point out, that jaws is not behaving as it should, all the time.  I'm 
going to ask on the jaws list because although I done a little html I don't 
understand why jaws refuses to go into forms mode.  The user is expected to hit 
enter, when encountering a form element on a web page in order to interact with 
it.  However, when I hit enter sometimes, jaws enters into forms mode and other 
times it activates the form, thus an empty form is submitted.
