Well, fc-list shows longer list, but is does not help... I thing I should rebuild X too...

Sure - there are no fonts with Cyrillic characters available via Xft! I.e., your action about placing Windows fonts into /usr/share/fouts had no effect, because your fontconfig doesn't look there. Please reinstall it, verify that /usr/share/fonts is mentioned somewhere under /etc/fonts, and read the "Setting up Fonts" section on the "X Window System Components" page.
