Hi,

I certainly know that Googleearth is certainly not a open source
program, and there's not much to build anyway. Still I'd like to install
it. Nah, not by calling "sh GoogleEarthLinux.bin". I want to install it
system-wide and keep coontrol with my package manager (which implies
installation into DESTDIR).

I'd be really grateful if someone had an idea how to achieve that.
(I managed to do it with the beta version, but I'm failing miserably
with the current version 4).

Thanks for any help and for ignoring this if you think it's off-topic.
