try finding it in /bin, /usr/sbin, /usr/bin, /usr/local/sbin, /usr/local/bin. If you find it in any of those, than the prefix may have been set incorrectly. Also see if you can find it anywhere else (maybe (worst case) 'find / | grep dhclient | less')
