Hi,

I don't know if my question is really in the scope of this list
: sorry if it is not but I can't find any answer anywhere else.

In posting on the web configuration is never exactly what I
have.

Hardware is an old Toshiba laptop and a D-Link DE-660 ethernet
card.

LFS is 6.3 with 2.6.22.5 kernel.

I compiled all modules that can be needed by such a card
i.e. everething found in /drivers/net/pcmcia.

Moreover I installed pcmciautils which seems to be the most
recent pcmcia managing tool.

yenta_socket module is loaded as well as pcmcia_core and pcmcia
modules but nothing more and the card is not recognized !

I might be that this DE-660 card is so obsolete that there no
longer no suport nowhere for it. If you know something please
tell me : It would be sad but ...

Anyway I have also a ne2000 compatible card but result is not
better with it !

Should I set some boot scripts to activate all that ?

Regards

Pierre
