Currious. I had the same problem on my tablet the other day..Ubuntu 8.10 with latest FF-3.something for Ubuntu. On the exact same network (about 3 feet apart) from this box with FF2, no problems at all. I needed Adobe Reader for some pdf forms that I have to fill out, and couldn't get at it. BTW, anybody got a good open source PDF reader/editor that will handle 1.6 PDF forms correctly? I did manage to get the windows version of Foxit running in my Outlook bottle, which pretty much solves my immediate problem, however, the Linux version of Foxit segfaults for me. I have no interest in figuring out why a closed source app segfaults. -- DJ Lucas -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
