New build, to shake down changes to what I build. Updated the parts of xorg
that I build to the current package versions in the development book.

One of my hopes was that evdev might be working better with newer versions.
So, I've stopped building the keyboard and mouse drivers - on the 1.5.3 server
using evdev they appeared to be unnecessary.

But with 1.6.3 I've got no keyboard or mouse.

Confirmed that xorg.conf still had "AllowEmptyInput" "false" for a hal-free
system. Checked the log (fortunately, it's big, so the important parts had
already hit the disk before I power-cycled). In that I see
"Using default built-in configuration (30 lines)"
followed by attempts to load ati, vesa, and fb video drivers (I only build
ati), and then much later it fails to load the keyboard and mouse drivers,
although my xorg.conf is telling it to use evdev.

So, how do I get this version to use the drivers (and keyboard
settings) that I have specified in xorg.conf ?
