Hello,
I need some help building libfreebob-1.0.11.
All required dependencies seem to be installed (regarding to README-File):
libpthread --> /lib/libpthread-2.10.1.so
                       /lib/libpthread.so.0
                       /usr/lib/libpthread_nonshared.a
                       /usr/lib/libpthread.a
                       /usr/lib/libpthread.so
libxml2-2.7.6 --> /usr/lib/*
alsa-lib-1.0.21 --> /usr/lib/alsa-lib/*
                              /usr/include/alsa/*
libraw1394-2.0.4 --> /usr/lib/libraw1394.*
                                   /usr/include/libraw1394/*
libiec61883-1.2.0 --> /usr/lib/libiec61883.*
                                   /usr/include/libiec61883/*
libavc1394-0.5.3 --> /usr/lib/libavc1394.*
                                   /usr/include/libavc1394/

"configure" shows no errors, "make" ended up with following last lines:

     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.lo -MD -MP -MF
     libfreebobavc/.deps/avc_extended_plug_info.Tpo -c
     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.cpp  -fPIC -DPIC -o
     libfreebobavc/.libs/avc_extended_plug_info.o
     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.cpp: In member function
     'virtual bool
     ExtendedPlugInfoPlugNameSpecificData::serialize(IOSSerialize&)':
     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.cpp:99: error: 'strlen' was not
     declared in this scope
     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.cpp: In member function
     'virtual bool ExtendedPlugInfoInfoType::serialize(IOSSerialize&)':
     libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.cpp:626: error: 'asprintf' was
     not declared in this scope
     make[2]: *** [libfreebobavc/avc_extended_plug_info.lo] Error 1
     make[2]: Leaving directory `/sources/libfreebob-1.0.11/src'
     make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
     make[1]: Leaving directory `/sources/libfreebob-1.0.11'
     make: *** [all] Error 2

The complete config.log and compile.log are available.
I've googled the error but I cant find any solution for this and I need
firewire urgently.
I've tried to build libffado as an alternative, but there are also
errors during "scons" but that should be another issue.

Thank you for reading
Stephan
