Not in a long time, thanks for the reminder. export LANG=en_CA.UTF-8 #export LANG=en_US.iso88591 If I change to iso88591 things work as expected. I ran that script from Chapter 2 and didn't get any output about the ssh.1 man page, though. I'm afraid that I don't really know anything about man pages, or their formatting, but this is pretty minor and I don't want to invest any time into it today.
