Your question is somewhat unclear, but what makes you suggest 'hidden' preprocessor options? Or more generally, what do you want this information for - what are you trying to do? If you're trying to work out how parameters to ./configure affect the code, the answer is usually config.h, which some C file will be #including... Simon.
