It's looking for an old version of Libjpeg (specially, 6B). My
suggestion would be to build Blender from source, avoiding this
problem entirely.

Also, be aware that recent versions of Blender require Python 3. Get
the latest version and install with the instructions for Python 2
(adjusted for the more recent Python)
