That is exactly the point: each application runs withouth problems: apache runs with html pages, mysql does the job from the command line, php shows "hello World". But together with phpMyAdmin: no way. You do not need to search for patches or for downgraded versions: the clue is the configuration of _all_ of them, allowing them to play in team. Start with qt, then do mysql, then php and finally phpMyAdmin. Keep it simple. Further apps. like phyton modules, mariadb etc. should not be implemented before the basic system is working.
