On the machine I'm running today (epiphany 2.30.6, nss-3.12.9) I can't provoke the error. Mostly, I get it when reloading googlemail.
The place I did see it several times was on my netbook running 'buntu. That was running gnome-2.32.something, I'm not sure about the version of nss there.
