I've certainly https problem in epiphany in the last month, and I
think I saw it once on one of two my 'current' desktops - not sure
which machine I was using, nor the versions it was running. On the
machine I'm running today (epiphany 2.30.6, nss-3.12.9) I can't
provoke the error. Mostly, I get it when reloading googlemail.

The place I did see it several times was on my netbook running
'buntu. That was running gnome-2.32.something, I'm not sure about
the version of nss there.

Certainly, 3.12.9 seems to work fine (I needed it for firefox-4, I
think).
