Fist, I was slightly confused because this was sent to the lfs-support 
list instead of the blfs-support list.

BLFS has not yet updated libiodbc-3.52.7 for LFS-7.0. It shows LFS-6.7.
In any case the recommended dependency is gtk+-2.24.8 and that,in in 
turn, requires xorg.  We generally assume that the recommended 
dependencies have been installed in the instructions.

When we update for 7.0, I suppose we can add a line in the explanation 
to add -disable-gui if gtk+2 is not installed, however it's not high 
priority since the package has not changed in over two years.
