http://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/commit/?id=8bb278944496102a4afad46b53e1e8279425aaac I must say that there are a few issues with NetworkManager, namely with the policies. There are a few "Rejected send message" entries in auth.log. Also, starting the NetworkManager daemon causes my network interfaces to go down.
