I didn't find it easy to build on Windows, at least not when you wanted the
PerlMagick part working as well.  Just wondering if it would be any easier
to use graphicsmagick in place of imagemagick.  I noticed Debian adds a
compatible layer so programs think they're calling imagemagick even though
graphicsmagick is being used.
