I'm in the process of updating my notes for a complete build of my system (it's been a year). And I've noticed that kdenetwork is MIA. Searching in the SVN repo shows that the page for kdenetwork is there, it's just not in the Table of Contents.
I'm looking at Revision 10496 (which was the update to 4.9.0). Can someone double-check that other pages (including kdenetwork) from this revision are there but not in the book?
