From time to time, I've posted notes on the packages / versions I
build, and (more importantly) the order in which I build them. When
I first did this, BLFS tended to be out of date. Now that we have
roving releases, some of what I've built is already out of date.
This is just a snapshot of what works for me on LFS-7.2 (64-bit).
The details are at:
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/desktop-builds/desktop-and-server-packages-september-2012.txt

For once, I've updated my home server for the new LFS release,
so I've also noted which server packages I built.

Mostly, this is just intended to help people plan their own way
through the myriad dependencies in the book.

This time, I've also included my configure options for a few of
the packages, particularly ffmpeg.
