In this case, the file was present in conglomeration, but I probably removed the link yesterday because I missed the fact that there were two in the book. > 3) firefox in the book is 15.0.1 but 14.0.1 in anduin. Give me a break. I just updated the book to 15.0.1 about 12 hours ago.
