now i removed udisks 1.0.4 and installed 2.0.0 (i assumed 2.0.0 requires gtk3 - that's wrong, works fine with gtk2). i had to rebuild gvfs and for the next complete build i have to reorder as i built gvfs first and udisks later, thus no udisks support for gvfs. at least i had to rebuild the kernel (as mentionned by ken) no i have the system behaving as expected! just one question left: i've 7 partitions: boot, sources+build, data and 4 bootable. as gvfs is working now, i have all those partitions laying arround on the desktop. is there possibility to exclude some partitions from being handled by gvfs? thanks for your help tobias -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
