 A post today on the mutt-users list indicates that using POP is a
compile-time option.  But if you are not using fetchmail (or an
alternative) with procmail, that might dump everything into one
mailbox.  For sending mail without a program calling itself sendmail
I _thought_ I had seen examples, but google suggests that mutt
*does* need an MTA.
