idk what's wrong with this, but I had some funny experience installing
libsecret-0.14 package.
this includes:
- it requires docbook-xlts to make (unless I mention "--disable-manpages"
-the config option to omit man pages is "--disable-manpages" instead of
"--disable-man-pages" unlike what's mentioned in config help
- ${pkgdir}/INSTALL is blank (this sketches me out, really)
- it install my bin file into /usr/share/bin instead of /usr/binit would be very wise for anyone to check this
