gcc-4.6.1, using variables: CFLAGS=CPPFLAGS=CXXFLAGS="-Os -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -march=i686" LDFLAGS=-s CC="gcc -s" So everything is installed perfectly. However, it doesn't show any connection. There is this error on my tty as I run nm-applet: (xfdesktop:1474): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_file_get_path: assertion `G_IS_FILE (file)' failed Also, I can see this message everytime I run NetworkManager: Failed to read classid file: Object not found
