Well, I don't know if such update would break GNOME and other apps. I 
don't think we will support GNOME 3.8 and later because it more or less 
depends on Systemd which LFS so tends to avoid (We do have LFS Systemd 
branch, but we can't keep together things necesary to work with LFS and 
LFS Systemd in single BLFS branch).
