I re-installed Ncurses-5.9 -> same configure error.
I re-installed Readline-6.2 -> js/src/configure completes with no error.

The undefined references tputs, tgoto, tgetflag, tgetent, tgentnum and
tgetstr are actually in both libreadline and libncurses libraries.

Let's say the 1st installation of readline was not properly done.

Thanks for the help.
