You're obviously using older instructions. Current instructions have:
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$KDE_PREFIX \
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \
-DQT4_BUILD=ON
And further below in command explanations:
-DQT4_BUILD=ON: This switch forces the package to build against Qt4 even if
Qt5 is present on the system. Remove it if you want to build the package
against Qt5.

Thank you Armin, I will try this tomorrow. And you are right, I'm using BLFS
7.4 "Stable" - I can see I have to make it a habit to check the development
version when I have a problem.
