I discovered part of what the problem was, the other defines began
SQLITE_ENABLE, but I overlooked that SECURE_DELETE didn't have the
ENABLE.  Fixed that but it still didn't work, so I stopped using the
system sqlite, and let it build its own, since nothing else needs it.
But then I learned that I'd need an update to xcb proto/lib 1.6, and
that's a dependency of X-libraries.  So it's modular now, but I'd
still want to rebuild all of X, just to make sure.  So I can get
to FF-13 with what I have and I'll call that good until I really want
to spend the time for the next upgrade.  So we can consider this one
resolved for now I think.  TTFN and thanks for your consideration.
