You are welcome, but lets keep the thread on mailing list. Someone might have the same problem and it will be easier to find a solution in mailing list archives. As have I mentioned in my original reply, PAM files have been submitted to *gdm* upstream, so the package in question is GDM. You can easily check if you have PAM files for GDM by running "ls -l /etc/pam.d/gdm*". There should be at least 5 or 6 of them. Two most important ones would be gdm and gdm-launch-environment. If they are not present, rebuild GDM with mentioned switch, if they are, well then post the contents of them here (or attach them). Again, please keep this thread on mailing lists.
