Hello Marcos,
As you mention the stable book, the links there do not get changed once
the book has been released.
As a new set of stable books is due out soon the links will be correct.
They were at the time of publishing, but that was around 6 months ago
now, and indeed Mesalib is now 10.2.5 so they have archived the old
version. It is always best to double check the development version for
updated versions.
