Text says "/etc/sysconfig/bluetooth is installed as a part of the boot
script below." But it is not. make install-bluetooth in
blfs-bootscripts-20141011 does not install it. The file does exist in
the bootscripts source tree at blfs/sysconfig/bluetooth
Makefile just needs a line at around line 116 like
install -m ${CONFMODE} blfs/sysconfig/bluetooth
${EXTDIR}/sysconfig/bluetooth
