I have not run memtest on this box for a long while, but I guess I will if the problem repeats. The box only has about 3.75GB of memory - the graphics take the rest - but most of the 4GB of swap *was* available, and the logs did not mention the OOM killer. ĸen -- Nanny Ogg usually went to bed early.
