Hi,

If I want to run Android SDK on my 64 bit LFS, do I need to compile an

No need to post all over again. Give it some time for people to respond.

Yes and no. You can install 32 bit libraries in LFS, but you need lots of effort, so you'll be easier to go for CLFS. There are some unofficial LFS multilib forks, you can google for them.

I have some instructions on how to bootstrap the 32 bit glibc from a pure 64 bit LFS (a bit rusty, but should work without any modifications):

https://github.com/elkrejzi/system-management/blob/master/glibc%2032%20bit.txt

I also have instructions on how to build a 32 bit capable /tools toolchain against current LFS svn:

https://github.com/elkrejzi/system-management/blob/master/multilib%20toolchain.txt

Note that for chapter 6 you'd have to use any of the order-*.txt files to see in which order they were built (hint: look for "32 and 64 bit"), but you'd have to extract the build instructions from my build scripts from the same repository, buildscripts directory.
