BLFS 7.8 and xfconf-4.12.0
As the root user, I installed the perl modules this package wants. Those
have scrolled beyond my buffer so I can't remember xactly what those
were.
./configure -q --prefix=/usr
make
top_builddir=".." /usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL PREFIX="/usr"

Only one of PREFIX or INSTALL_BASE can be given. Not both.

Where do I go to fix that?
