Hello everyone, In the current BLFS systemd book, the wicd page has instructions to install the systemd unit file from the blfs-systemd-units package, but the Makefile doesn't have a target for wicd. Also, the instructions after that are related to the rc init process, not systemd.
Wicd ships the systemd unit file with it, but it has errors and the wicd service fails on reboot. I have updated the systemd unit on my machine and got it to work fine. I can submit the new file to you guys, but I'm not really sure how to do that, or if the fix I made is universal. I have also submitted the unit file to wicd project as they already had an open bug for this. I am very new to this whole process, so please let me know what I should do. Thank you, Munir
