What version of clutter are you using?
If you are building GNOME 3.16, then you should stick with clutter
1.22.x

Hi I would of only installed the clutter listed, which is 1.24.2. Taken
from that page
"Installed Directories : /usr/include/clutter-1.0 and
/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/{cally,clutter}"
I got round the problem by adding " --enable-compile-warnings=yes"
