Last time I had this issue, I spent a lot of time trying to figure out
how to resize my
virtual terminal only to find out that if I wanted to use framebuffer
mode, that wasn't
a good idea.  I read several recommendations for using a larger font
instead of resizing
the terminal.  Most of the recommendations mentioned the Terminus font.

Sizes go up to 16x32.
