Anybody here using an @virginmedia.com address ? My main address still uses the old ntlworld.com smtp and pop3, and just works (without any fancy configuration). But a while ago I got a second address for testing - and that address is @virginmedia.com so I assume it should be using the virginmedia smtp and pop3 servers.
At first I used it from qemu, and it seemed to work. But a few months later it didn't. Now, I've got an old machine set up for testing on real hardware. It seems that I should be using openssl and cyrus-sasl for postfix, but that isn't working. For fetchmail I cannot now find any options (I thought I had seen something about cyrus-sasl, but maybe I was mistaken). I figured I'd ask here before trying to navigate the virginmedia forum. ĸen -- `I shall take my mountains', said Lu-Tze. `The climate will be good for them.' -- Small Gods -- http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
