If qt4 is in any upcoming books, it might be good to ad instructions for
phonon:
ln -s /usr/include/phonon /opt/qt4<version>/include/phonon
since phonon is built outside of qt, and some programs will fail to build
without it.
We have removed all refereces to qt4 in the latest stable version of the book.
