The only thing I can find in my notes is a comment from a year ago
that the fonts in libreoffice menus were squashed. That turned out
to be because kf5 had edited my ~/.config/gtk+-3.0/settings.ini for
me (I now have that set to read-only to stop this) and set
something, I suppose it was the theme, to Breeze (at the time that
was in /opt and not accessible outside of kde). Restoring it to
Adwaita apparently solved my problem, so I would tend to ignore my
gtk-font-name above, but to set the rest of it as above (assuming
you have the Adwaita theme).
