I wonder whether there is something more needed to use python3 with itstool.
Which version of itstool? 2.0.4?
The -dev book is inconsistent. We have Python-2.7.14 as a required dep
and then
PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3 ./configure --prefix=/usr
