Yes, but Gunner tried updating (only) gen-event-data.py thus (probably) causing an inconsistency. I was just saying that he might, just might, be able to get away with that approach (in an attempt to try overcome the TypeError) if the other related/library .py files in the same dir are also updated as well. Of course, it's still a bit of a long shot though.
