Hi,
I'm not sure how long I had this issue for (i.e. I cannot remember when I last
tried to print something from libreoffice),
but libreoffice is not showing any printers that I have set up in cups.
All the other apps like gedit, firefox, Document Viewer, etc, can see these
printers and I can print from these apps fine.
The only printer I see from libreoffice are:
Print to File
Generic Printer
The printer that is installed is a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277
and was set up using hp-setup.
This setup is on two of my systems, both exhibiting the same issue.
Has anyone got any suggestion on what could be the issue.
Not very useful, sorry: it works for me. My printer is an HP Deskjet
3070A accessed through the network.
I have set it up with hp device manager from hplip.
I'd suggest launching libreoffice from the command line, to see if any
error message pops up when you try to print.
Also try the "--safe-mode" switch.
