Yes. I think this should be included in the instructions to build
lsb_release. That worked. Thanks
Not really. One shouldn't install help2man from lsb_release, and the
"real" help2man isn't really required for anything.
Some packages want help2man to create man pages. I suppose it doesn't
hurt much to not have the man page.
